The plan for tomorrow:
Gym first thing in the AM, no excuses!
Treadmill for 30 minutes.
Upper body for 15 minutes then stretch.
Meal plan:
Breakfast - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1 slice of toast
Snack - banana
Lunch - steak, potato and mixed vegg
Mid-day snack - yogurt, laughing cow cheese
Dinner - ?? not quite sure yet
I am excited about the new plan and I think if I can keep planning out the next day each day instead of trying to plan a whole month at a time, my results will be good!
