A Happy Morning :)

I did it!

I got up this morning at 5:15 am and went to the gym with husband in tow.

30 minutes on the treadmill - walking briskly, I don't want to push myself so hard the first day that I can't go tomorrow. 1.88 miles

Then  I did a 15 minute lower body work out from the Sworkit app, followed by a quick stretch.

I have never felt so weak. I added up the months and was astonished that it has been 7 months since I've been doing a routine at the gym. That is 7 months too long! Never again will I take a hiatus like that!

For breakfast I had my 2 eggs and greek yogurt as planned, even tho I was craving toast.

Weighed in at 175 lbs. Will take measurements and pictures when I get home, I didn't have time this morning.
